Products status of ordered product is seen through delivery check menu in the personal space. This is available through log-in if you are our member, or through entering the delivery order number of you are not.
The product will be delivered within 3 days working days at minimum and 10 days at maximum upon verification of payment.
For example : post office trading hours is from Monday to Friday. If you ordered our products on Friday afternoon after 4 pm, the parcel will be delivered on Monday.
Unfortunately, the delivery time will take longer depending on the delivery area and it may incur additional costs. provided unforeseen incidentals such as natural disasters or national holidays, packages are not guaranteed to arrive there within a certain number of days, nor for a specific delivery day.

Returns Policy & Process
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned within 30 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). The bags exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered post as our store does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to our store via non registered post. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were not purchased online or through our retail stores. We cannot exchange product for a style not within our product range.
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, We will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
Notice on exchange
The company bears the round trip delivery charge accompanied by all defective exchanges. If the product is not defective, in other words, if the product is exchanged because the customer simply changed his/her mind, the customer is responsible for the round trip delivery charge. Exchanged should be informed by phone or by email in 24 hours after the item is received and should be returned in three days.
Defective items must be informed to the company by phone or via e-mail within 24 hours of the date your item is received and must be returned to the company within three days. the customer will receive the original package without additional costs if defects are found and verified by the company. our company bears all expenses incurred by defective items under the Mi Eyelashes Refunds and Exchanges policy. With our limited warranty policy,we are not responsible for any expenses and the customers pay for shipping and handling if customers simply change their mind.
